Larry Walther
Mr. Walther has been in the construction and architectural industry for over thirty years. He graduated from Texas A&M University in 1975 with a Bachelor of Environmental Design Degree. Mr. Walther worked for an architectural firm for four years after graduating and worked as senior project manager for Russell King Architects. Due to his extensive construction background he became involved with the design/ build industry as Vice-President of Parcon Construction Company and Director of Construction with McFaddin Ventures and built restaurants and clubs throughout the United States. Mr. Walther has been responsible for client relations, concept development, architectural design, budgeting, estimating and construction management for both commercial and residential construction.

He held the position of Director for Development for Entertainment One from 1989 to 1994. Mr. Walther held the position of Vice-President for Gerald Cruz Associates involved with the development of airport restaurants, airport facilities, and residential projects. Mr. Walther has experience in design build projects with emphasis on food and beverage, retail development as well as residential and multi-family. He has experience in all aspects of construction management from owner representative to field supervision. He has directed development and built food and beverage and retail facilities in all six terminals of Bush Intercontinental Airport since 1989. He has also built many projects in the Houston Hobby Airport and Dallas /Fort Worth Airport.

Mr. Walther has directed development and the construction of restaurants and clubs in California, Illinois, Florida, Hawaii, Louisiana, New York, Ohio and Texas. His commitment to providing a quality project while working with the owner to meet the budget constraints of the economy is a valuable asset to any project. The ideal project is measured by the quality of the facility, meeting the budget, and the return on investment to the owner.

Mr. Walther has been successful with the development of projects by using a team concept, which allows architectural, engineering, construction management, and subcontractors to be involved from the inception to value engineer the project.

Mr. Walther is married to the former Miss Carol Petzold, they are the proud parents of twenty-two year old daughter Jennifer Ashley and eighteen-year old son Ryan Eric. Mr. Walther and family belong to Living World Lutheran Church.
