Stephen Ghutzman
After graduating from the University of Nevada – Las Vegas, Mr. Ghutzman signed a professional contract with the Colorado Rockies organization. He played three seasons of professional baseball, while finishing his career with the Tampa Bay Devil Rays organization. 

In the off seasons, Mr. Ghutzman began working in the residential mortgage industry. During this time he obtained his loan officer license with the Texas Savings and Loan. He also has his real estate broker’s license and he has his CCIM designation.

In 2005, Mr. Ghutzman accepted a position at American Realty Investors, Inc. There he assisted in the management of over 20 multi-family properties located in the greater Houston area and Corpus Christi, TX. During that year he was promoted to Assistant Asset Manager.

In 2006, Mr. Ghutzman accepted the position of Project Manager at Southcorp Realty Advisors, Inc. in Houston, TX. While at Southcorp, he was instrumental in the development of a small office building, an apartment community, and a mid-scale Hotel.
